Council housing bcws services feeding flats in burnt mills Basildon. Client didn’t allow enough money for fitting so asked if we could work some magic. So our experienced engineers got the Irwin hilmor pipe benders out and worked some magic. Our engineers carried out an air test a 1.5 bar with no contractors near the area as an air test is more dangerous than a water test. A water test was followed up by a water test, signed off and witnessed by the contractors manager.
